Refund policy

Shirts, mugs and prints: These are made to order, so all sales are final. If your item arrives misprinted, defective or damaged, email a photo to barb@experimentalcrafter.com within 30 days of delivery and I’ll get it replaced.

Jewelry: If a piece isn’t right for you, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund. It must be unworn and in its original packaging, and you pay return shipping. Email barb@experimentalcrafter.com before sending it back. If a piece arrives with a manufacturing defect, I’ll repair or replace it.
